Good sleeping habits

Getting enough sleep is important for managing pain and promoting healing. When you sleep, your body recovers and heals itself. If you sleep less or have unhealthy sleeping habits, your body is unable to heal and recover to its best ability.

Good sleeping habits include:

  • Not using your phone right before you sleep

  • Going to bed at the same time every night

  • Waking up at the same time every morning
