On 25 July 2014, HDB announced that Dakota Crescent was slated for redevelopment and that its residents would have to move out. A group of friends who cared for the community started documenting the process of relocation. With the use of a multimedia website, Between 2 Homes advocates for the voiceless and tells the stories of these individuals who have been impacted by the relocation. This also led to the formation of Cassia Resettlement Team and Dakota Adventures!
