Being away from home is not easy, most migrant workers here are figures in the family; a missing parents, child, brother or friend. Away for extended periods of time, a group of volunteers decided to get together and help them reconnect back home. Though there’s technology, rarely do we have the time to pause and pen down our heartfelt thoughts for our family. It is also unable to replicate the sentimental value as well as surprise and joy snail mail brings. With a photo booth, letter writing station and decorative booth, we targeted to get migrant workers to pen down letters to send back home, attached with a photo of them together with their friends in their dormitory. A photo, a letter and postage fully belanja-ed!
